NABIL EL-BARRAGE
Rhythm in Yoga
1st Weekend – 2 hours/day
10:00 – 12:00
In this workshop, we aim to develop our perception on the kinesiological form of Yoga practice and its evolution to a structured choreography. Our tools will be the safe approach and respect for the body, while connecting with the music and rhythm.
We will focus on understanding the Asana positions and with the appropriate alignments and actions we will achieve a conscious and dynamic practice.
The music will be incorporated into the flow of movement, with live sound textures that will accompany the workshop. Clay, metal and wood are the means to color this experience, while the vibrations of mantras produced by human voice, will travel the body at the moment of relaxation.
